The role:

Sales Representative B2B are responsible for using all tools at their disposal to nurture and maintain accounts within the burgeoning head shop, smoke shop and legal dispensary channels.
Sales Representative B2B will be responsible for closing new inbound and self generated leads, and ensuring that all their clients are provided with the exceptional level of service they have come to expect from our Sales Team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Become an Industry expert on all products and services TVape offers
  • Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
  • Manage all relationships within your assigned accounts to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained
  • Meet and exceed Closing-Rate targets of inbound and self generated leads in assigned region, based on management directive
  • Maintenance of Client information in CRM system
  • Consult clients in selecting a product portfolio that matches their business needs based on their demographics
  • Create and revise account and sales reports, by analyzing customer data
  • Other tasks as assigned by management

Job Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience in a similar role
  • Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Superb interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Strong work ethic, hunter mentality and passion for sales
  • Customer-centric orientation with an ability to quickly build strong rapport and keep customers engaged
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to a dynamic work environment
  • A positive, energetic attitude, Initiative, drive, and out-of-the-box thinker
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills in English required
  • Must be willing to work in EST Time zone from minimum 10am to 6:30PM
  • College or University degree in Business or a related field of study is preferred, but not required with a proven sales track record
  • Knowledge of various brands and models of vaporizers is preferred, but not required
